Het interview en aanname gesprek zijn op eenzelfde niveau en stijl als die bij een luchtvaartmaatschappij, met inachtneming van de voorkennis en ervaring van een kandidaat.

Hieronder volgt de uitleg van het aannamegesprek zoals gepubliceerd in onze studiegids 2010/2011:

"The decision as to whether or not a candidate is admitted to the training course, is being advised
by the Admission Committee of ASL (ACA) to the accountable manager.
In case of firm commitments (financial/contractual) between candidates and an airline, representatives of this airline are entitled to participate in the ACA.

The final authority of admittance of a student rests with the accountable manager of ASL FA.

The accountable manager will normally adhere to the advice of the ACA, which is to be considered
binding.Only very specific and special circumstances can lead to admittance or re-admittance of students who have been disapproved by the ACA.

After a successful selection procedure, the last “hurdle” has to be taken. An arrangement with a bank. ASL FA is in touch with some major financial institutes. ASL FA has contractual financial arrangements with these institutes. If necessary, ASL FA can act as intermediate between the candidate and the bank."
